Unit Maintenance
Removing a couple of broken trees:

At least they replaced them with something.

And the dishwasher is dead so I need to replace it. Not while the unit is empty, though.

Probably the dog ate the curtains.
Hope they didn’t get their bond back, there is always tidying up and replacing after each tenant exit.
Always something to do when they move out. Looks like a nice unit.

Patching and painting. Not a fun job but satisfying when it is done. Hope there is a new tenant very soon.
