Tomatoes Out

The tomatoes started off inside on the window seat:
Then graduated to the greenhouse once it was built:
And now finally they are outside in a raised wicking bed:

Apparently in Ballarat you plant tomatoes outside on (or after) Cup Day. That was last week, so hopefully the same holds for Lal Lal and we are past the frost danger period now!

Hope your tomatoes do well. Our front yard has 1 tomatoe planted and three that have come up in another bed from the worm farm compost. Vegies instead of flowers.

Growing up in Bendigo it was always traditional to plant tomatoes on after Cup Day ( which was originally a holiday for " Sunday school picnic day" when I was in primary school)
