A clutch of callistemon sawfly (Pterygophorus cinctus) larvae munching their way through one of my callistemons:

Vireya said...: Nothing! They are nearly full size, so will be pupating soon. And they are only on one branch, so not threatening the whole plant. On top of that, if you get near them they shoot out an irritating liquid, so better to leave them alone!; May 5, 2014 at 7:06 AM
