This One (Was) Ready

It looks like the persimmons are ripening up:


And before anyone else mentions it, yes, I posted the same thing last year! Although it is interesting that the fruit has ripened and the leaves have turned red earlier this year than last.

i've just finished eating a persimmon, bought from Coles tho. i tried to grow one here but our frosts can be too early and too late for them, the one i tried died miserably. They're gorgeous tho, maybe i should try again, and bag the fruit from the birds.
