Angry Bees

My bees haven't had their hive opened since January, and they weren't very happy about it today:
It probably didn't help that we removed four full frames of honey. This hive is normally relatively placid, but not today! I won't be venturing out in into the back yard again for a while.

In other, non-related news, I've added code to this blog to stop my photos being pinned on Pinterest. I can't test it, as I don't have an account there, but please let me know if you notice anything not working. Pinterest users aren't supposed to pin items without asking permission of the owner. No-one has asked me for permission, so I was surprised how many of my photos I found pinned. No more, thanks!

You too re Pinterest, it's very annoying isn't it. I've been meaning to join pinterest so i can test out whether the code works.

Ouch for those bees, they look positively mad as hell....

BTW i've got a misspelt sign for you "constuction site"!

You'll be pleased to know i've just tried to pin something from your site as a trial and it wouldn't pin, said instead "this site doesn't allow pinning". Good eh.

Thanks for testing it for me, Kaite!

Vireya, thank you so much for bringing this to my attention. I too have had photos 'stolen' and it peeves me no end. Especially some that were used in a commercial application. I have added a 'no-right-click' code to my blog (and a new one I am working on). If you hadn't mentioned it, I wouldn't have known such a thing existed.

The bee's are attacking because during late spring, bee's become extremely protective of their honey. So whatever you do, do not let them smell their honey in your house... otherwise you'll have some explaining to do
