Turning Blue

How did this happen?
For 15 years my hydrangeas have been pink.

2009 here.
2010 - a hint of blue starting here.

Perhaps the soil has changed over the 15 years. My white ones turned pink last year, was told I needed to add, I think it was loam, to the soil.

Yep your subsoil moisture has changed its pH, gone alkaline.
