400 Pins Later

A friend asked me to show this quilt to her patchwork students tonight, so I took advantage of the opportunity to use the large tables in the computer room next door to get it pin-basted.

The quilt looks great in close up. I always feel good when a top is layersd up ready to quilt. Do you have a deadline for this one?

I would love all that table space! I'm about to shove furniture aside tomorrow and mop the floor really well so I can baste a quilt that's ready to be finished. :P

Oh and doesn't it look promising!! I love this stage of the quilting process...

Seeing all those pins reminds me that it's about time I sampled my packet of pinmoors (if I can find it)!
