Trans-seasonal

Autumnal Japanese wind-flowers (Anemone huphensus):

Still flowering, still lots of buds to come.

Wintersweet (Chimonanthus praecox) in flower:
So it must be winter.


But here are the first signs of spring:
Jonquil Soliel d’Or (Narcissus hybrid) above, and below, an anemone (Anemone coronaria):
