Went to the 10th (and last) Loch Quilt hanging.

Walking

Late afternoon walk with four dogs.

Wirraway

A Wirraway without its wings or tail. Not something I expected to see while out on a walk.


The plane belongs to the Melbourne Museum. They do have the other bits of it. I had heard that the museum had a storage facility somewhere in the northern suburbs, and I guess I know where it is now.

Correa

Correa "Dusky Bells" allegedly flowers from winter to spring. Mine is covered in flowers, at the height of summer.

Skip Rescue

New leaf opening on a Monstera deliciosa rescued from a skip. Photo side-on courtesy of Blogger.


I couldn't get the whole plant out of the skip, so I cut off what I could. Two of those cuttings are now growing.

Chocolate Required!

After an interview which really is probably best forgotten, I was glad I still had some of these left.


They've lasted for a while; I think they were given to me on the 10th December.

Skirt

Finished the skirt I was sewing at Sewjourn.

It hangs straighter on me than it was hanging on the line.
