Central Victoria's signature dish:
Chips and gravy!

  1. Being someone in the States and unfamiliar with your terms, I get that 'chips' are what we know as 'fries/French fries', but what constitutes 'gravy'? Here, gravy is typically a sauce thickened with flour or corn starch that is poured over meat and/or potatoes.
