White Stuff

Woke up to this this morning:

Snow!

I think this is the thickest we have had,
But of course it all melted once the sun came up.

    Daffodils in the snow. How pretty.
    Snow so late in the season must be a record. It was zero overnight here, and I was very happy the forecast storms didn't eventuate.

    Spring Snow--how pretty --but good it melted, right?
    We are headed for heavy rains on tuesday--remains of Florence I guess. And the Philippines are having a Cat 5 storm;000--our weather is getting ferocious...

    They did promise us terrible weather Saturday (which we got), but I had assumed Sunday would be nice...kept saying to the kids, go outside and play and only stopped saying it until I read the outdoor temperature 2 C.....LOL but you win, much colder at your place!
