Missed It By That Much

Quilting the table runner:
I filled the body of it with dogwood flowers, then did leaves around the border. Look how far I had to go when the bobbin ran out:
I just needed to squeeze in one leaf on either side!

    You just can't predict the length of the thread in a bobbin can you? We need a beeper on our machines to say "not much thread left". Looks great.

    The bobbin curse strikes again, even the biggest bobbins run out eventually.

    Drat! Shame about the bobbin thread not quite making it around. But your quilting looks great, as does the runner! The colors are bright & fresh.
