Crepe Myrtle Two

My dark pink crepe myrtle has left its run very late this year. The leaves are starting to turn red, but the flowers have only just started opening:

    It's so pretty Vireya. I have noticed them in bloom all over the neighbourhood here. It must be the weather??

    I just checked, and last year I photographed it flowering well on the 29th January. It must be something about the weather this year!
